Click2Pharmacy provides a NHS and Private Prescription service. We will endeavour to fill all requests to the best of our ability. Any requests that we receive either by phone, fax or via the website, will be forwarded to your surgery at the next available opportunity.
The turnover time for a prescription to be ready is normally 72 hours (working day), however Click2Pharmacy does not guarantee this timeframe due to third parties being involved who we have no control over. It is your responsibility to check if the surgery has received the request.
Click2Pharmacy cannot guarantee that a request made by us will result in the surgery producing a valid prescription. All prescriptions are issued at the prescribers discretion.
Click2Pharmacy can only dispense and deliver ‘prescription only medicines’ once the pharmacy is in receipt of a legally valid prescription. This could either be normal paper prescription or an electronic prescription.
If you are exempt from payment, it is your responsibility to fully complete the back of the prescription and provide us evidence of your exemption. It is also your responsibility to inform the pharmacy if there any changes to your circumstances and hence any changes to your exemption status.
If you pay for your prescriptions it is your responsibility to provide payment on or before delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if payment has not been authorised or expired.
We have the right to refuse supply of any items at the pharmacist’s professional discretion. This could be due to issues with the prescriptions or a supply issue. We will contact you to discuss and recommend alternative options.
