Nytol One-A-Night - The first thing to know about Nytol is that it’s a sleeping aid, not a ‘sleeping pill’. That means on the occasions when you can’t sleep, it will help you to get into a natural and healthy sleeping rhythm, but won’t knock you out and doesn’t normally leave you groggy in the morning.
Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 50mg.
Do not use in the following cases: asthma, narrow angle glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy, stenosing peptic ulcer, pyloroduodenal and bladder neck obstruction, pregnancy, lactation or if taking CNS depressants or MAOIs.
Use with caution in cases if myasthenia gravis and seizure disorders.
Driving and use of machinery should be avoided as Nytol causes drowsiness. You should carefully read all product packaging and leaflets prior to use. Keep all medicines out of reach and sight of children. If symptoms persist consult your pharmacist or doctor.
Adults over 16 years: One tablet 20 minutes before going to bed.
