Contra-indications/Warnings Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Make Symprove the start of your day. Shake the bottle gently before use. Drink once a day on an empty stomach. Using the measuring cup provided, measure 1ml of Symprove per 1kg of bodyweight. eg. if you weigh 50kg, drink 50ml of Symprove per day. Please leave a few minutes before eating and drinking to allow the live bacteria to get through the stomach safely.
