UK Delivery

We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address indicated in your order.

Who will deliver my items?

We use a wide range of courier services including Royal mail and City Link. Medication and certain item will require a signature on delivery. Packaging will be plain with no indication to what is inside or where the package has come from.

How much will delivery cost?

Click2Pharmacy will endeavour to keep your delivery as cheap as possible. We do this by basing the price of delivery on the weight of your order. It includes the cost of packaging:

• FREE delivery on all orders over £40.
• Up to 1 kg the cost of delivery will cost up to £3.49 on a sliding scale.
• Any orders between 1kg to 10kg will cost up to £6.50 on a sliding scale.

The weight of your order and the cost of delivery will be shown on the order summary page.

Heavy Parcels

Orders that weigh over 10 kg to 30kg will be delivered at a fixed fee of £8.99, except when the order value is over £40 which is FREE.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Click2pharmacy starts processing your order on same day and aims to process and despatch all orders in stock within 24 hours of receiving them. 98% of orders received before 2pm will be despatched on the same day and will normally be delivered within one to five working days. When we despatch the order, we will send you a confirmation email.

What if I am not at home?

If you are not at home, the couriers will leave a calling card. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange collection or to re-arrange re-delivery.

Deliveries to Europe

We are able to deliver to most European countries by Royal Mail International Delivery Signed for service by airmail. This service cost £4.25 plus the cost of the weights below:

All orders over 1kg will be charged at a flat rate of £14.95. Any orders over 5kg will incur additional charges.

Click2Pharmacy will not be able to offer refunds on orders if they are seized by customs before being delivered to you. Please check for any restrictions your country may have on the types of products that can be posted to them.

We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products on or before the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation or, if no date is set out in our order confirmation, within 14 working days of the date of our order confirmation. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date due to third parties delivering. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be despatched within 30 days of the later of receipt of payment and the date of our order confirmation.
